Nasty as hell!!!

The room wasn't clean, roach infested, and just sucked

Non smoking room had ash trays on the patio more ash tray filled with cigarettes butts. Sheets were stained, bathtub had large patch and moved when showering, this whole place needs renovation immediately. Check in was slow and had to have them redo the charge slip for wrong pricing. Overall would not stay again.

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was dirty with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Carpet had multiple stains and hot water didn’t work the first night. It was a place to sleep and that was about it.

I love quaint "mom and pop" hotels as they offer so much charm. This once was just down right gross. There was dried vomit on the floor, the toilet didn't flush, the room took all night to cool down as the air conditioning was off during the day. The light fixtures next to the bed was missing bulbs. I only realized this when I was almost electrocuted.

This hotel is a health hazard, it has roaches and mold in the bathroom, the carpets are dirty, refrigerator did not work, room smelled like cigarettes, the room was not cleaned before I checked in. Never again.

I wasn’t at all please compared to my last stay there over six years ago. The hotel needs to be renovated and everything needs to be replaced. The hotel is basically apartments. Many people stay there long term. The hallway has a smell like smoke or something. Dead roach was next to the refrigerator. The toilet ran continuously and didn’t really flush. Not many towels were left in the bathroom. The bed had no fitted sheet.

The non-smoking room had a cigarette butt on the floor. I killed two roaches. The room was not clean, and the guests next door partied loudly all night long!

It was nasty all aroung nasty

My stay was awesome. Everything went well. I'll be staying again when I visit. Thanks Regency.And Hotels.com
