The person at the desk needed a little bit of customer service, the room was very dirty. I have pictures of the room

Door to room was so hard to open and close. Trash and items from past gust found in room. Had local paper in lobby.

Stay was terrible… had roaches.. mildew.. paint peeling.. stains in toilet n tub.. was afraid to sleep on bed bc sheets were stained n mattress old

You're better off sleeping in your vehicle. The sliding glass door handle was broken and so was the lock, all i had was a stick to put in the track. The main door to my room stuck really bad so i had to really push to open and close it. I stayed for over a week and never got room service, i even made it known to the front desk four different times and still never got room service. The room was nasty, the bathroom counter looked like it was going to fall apart, the bathtub was nasty, the towels were stained. And i killed a roach i found in the room! I will never stay here again!

Bathroom toilet broken went to flush and knob fell off tv not working dirty towels cigarette burns on linen such a dirty tub i wouldnt shower and dirty towels overall the worse place ever visited. Do not stay would be my reccomendation!!

This hotel was absolutely filthy. The carpet was stained with pet urine everywhere. Behind the door of the bathroom was hair and dirt and a penny. It was obviously not cleaned. The outside of the bathtub was grimy. The ceiling was flaking and about to fall in. The refrgerator was rust pitted. It was very difficult to open the sliding door, it had to be lifted in order to open or close, there was no screen. There was no carpet under the wall heater and concrete was crumbling along the wall there. Worst place ever. The front desk clerk when we checked in was a gem. She should be working at a better hotel, certainly doesn't belong there.

We had to get a refund, the rooms were dirty and some were saturated with cigarettes smoke.

We were asked to check out the room before we booked it. I did and decided it wasn’t right for us. I did a very quick glance from the bathroom light and it appeared run down.

This was the worst place EVER. Raw sewage pouring down the wall. A coat hanger to flush toilet. People smoking crack on the stairs. Dirty as hell. I’ve stayed in 100s of hotels because I travel a lot. This is by far the worst place.

The room was nasty There was cockroaches nasty stains all over carpet heat didn’t work in the room Shower was absolutely disgusting wall trim falling off the wall
