Our room wasn’t ready when we got had to check on it three times.the pool wasn’t ready it was green the pool man said it was supposed to be ready in 2hrs the first time thank you

Worst experience yet management or owner was extremely rude and very disrespectful wont be returning to this hotel again for any reason whats so ever, didnt even receive any housekeeping services the entire time i was there

The room had roaches one of the rooms did not have towels and bath cloth the mote controls did not have batteries this place really needs to be renovated but the young lady at the front desk was very nice and polite and was willing to help us get valve clothes and towels for our room

My no smoking room smelled like stale cigarettes

SErvice at the front desk was not very friendly. Promised towels were at the end of the day not delivered. Appliances partly damaged , batch not clean cracked tiles, door hard to open and to close. Too much stuff in the room. TV not very convenient.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in… the sheets wasn’t clean, the carpets wasn’t vacuumed, crumbles of tobacco on the side of the bed, a big leak under the sink… I didn’t dare to take a shower… worst experience ever

The property was clean and well maintained. The other clientele was questionable.

This was probably one of the worst Hotels I have ever been in it was filthy dirty there was things from the previous tenant still in the room I had to go buy my own bath towels just not a pleasant experience at all

Booked this room for my wife as all the other hotels in the area did not allow pets. When she arrived, she was told someone else was just in the room and they had to move them to the 2nd floor and had, “just finished cleaning” the room. Well, it was not cleaned, bed was unmade, room smelled horrible, sliding glass door was not on the track and therefor, could not be locked. The door to the room didn’t line up correctly, keeping the deadbolt from working on that door as well. There was clearly criminal activity in the parking lot as well. She didn’t even unpack. She left and went to a different hotel that took pity on her and let her check in with the pets. She is currently disputing the $30 pet fee she paid as the hotel refused to refund it and I ended up having Hotels.com refund my room fee as well as they disputed that as well. PLEASE choose a different hotel.
