The bed was hard as a rock, stuff all over the bathroom floor ( we always wear slippers but still) and then the air conditioner sounded like a running washer and dryer all night. Could barely sleep due to the noise. We would have been able to sleep if not due to the ac

"Very rude counter agent"

The staff was very rude not accommodating. He got mad because we showed proof of service animal certificate n he keep being rude pushing the 45 dollars charged. We asked to stay 2 more days he say no I took you out of the system 😭 very rude very rude very rude

The staff was nice it was a good location

The bed wasn't comfortable the blankets had holes in them. Everything was so outdated.
