It was relatively clean, no bugs, a bit dusty and needs new paint in the bathroom, but overall it was good

Not much, maybe get a carpet shampooer and shampoo the carpet.

Location to Loretta Lynn's ranch, that was all.

Dirty, outdated room and hotel. Very rude manager to my husband, after my husband told him this hotel was ghetto. Manager assumed my husband called him ghetto. Mattress had big brown stains on it, along with blood on the pillowcase. Carpet was dirty. We paid for 3 nights and just left after 2 nights, couldn't stand to stay another night there. Breakfast consist of oranges, muffins, stale granola bars, and yogurt. Do not stay here. We were limited to 2 pet friendly hotels near Loretta Lynn's ranch, should have stayed across the street at the other one.
