Came back to a room that one bed was fixed and the other one didn’t have anything done to it

Staff were pleasant and informative

Clean the room a little better. Tub stopper was laying on the tub. I was looking for a bar of soap to wash my hands, wasn't available. Breakfast bar was sparse. Need to stock coffee cup caps.

Very outdated dingy looking and a funky smell. We opened up the door to our room and quickly realized it had the same funky and musty smell. We did not stay at the hotel because of the smell I would have slept better in my car. The lady working was very nice and helpful. I told her we would not be able to stay there because I am sensitive to smells. Unfortunately, she did not have a way to give us a refund and said we would have to work with hotels.com. I got a hold of hotels.com the next day and ask them to help with my refund. I was told they checked into it and the hotel management was unwilling to refund my money even though I did not stay in the room or put any of my items in it. Hotels.com did offer me a $25 credit. I was very surprised that this place was listed on their website with as high rating that it does have.

The property really needs a reno. Chipped paint dirty carpets in the hallways. The room itself was okay other than stains in the toilet and shower. I usually stay at a motel near this location but decided if I paid a little more I would get a bit of an upgraded experience. Not the case

The only thing we didnt like was that our first room was still dirty, however, the front desk got us a new room quickly that was much better.

The staff was super nice. Very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size. The water pressure was good, and the bathtub worked. The room was clean and the cleaning staff was friendly when we asked for a Do Not Disturb sign for the door.

The hallways could have used a good cleaning/vacuuming. The breakfast could have used some protein in the form of meat, like sausage links or something along those lines.

Absolutely filthy hotel. We left after one night because of the lack of cleanliness. Room felt extremely damp, the ac unit was absolutely filthy. Staff was friendly enough. But overall, do not stay here. Also there was a broken entrance door allowing for anyone to come in.

Location is convenient to the highway and to tourist services. It’s a big hotel - room availability should never be a problem. Was greeted warmly at reception; check-in process was efficient. There’s nice green space behind the hotel. The front lobby breakfast area looked nice; but since I was traveling with dogs, I couldn’t use it. The room contained all the basics - everything was in good shape and functional.

It was disconcerting that the room literature spoke so much about personal safety - to the extent that I, as a guest, started to wonder how bad the crime problem was in the area. This was not helped by the fact that the entry door for the wing where I was staying - Door D - did not close or lock. Also, the swinging security door guard for my room was only loosely attached to the wall. I was traveling with dogs, so I wasn’t worried about intruders … but if I were a solo female traveler, I’d have a problem with this.
