The first day the hotel was OK the second day the room was freezing to death the whole night we wanted to celebrate, but we couldn’t because the room was freezing. They told us that the pipes broken. The following morning, I think the water ahead only three guest. I think everybody left no heat water no heater.

Greeting from reception! Kind and very very informing!

Very cold! Cold in the hallway, in the elevator and in the room! Windows need to be changed or change heating to individual so that people can heat to their needs! Did not sleep well! Was too cold!

Ensurance addition in the hotel is not fair, it usually cost $8.5 they Worth $25, they was so mad, worth to me a lot of money extra around $400, unfair

Free breakfast was nice

It was filthy and not worth the price at all. Had to clean before we could even relax. Door had been kicked in at some point and didn't close correctly. Neighborhood was super sketchy.
