"Not satisfied with Quility Inn or their staff"

We got there and they told us we were unable to stay there due to broken pipes which meant, I guess, there was no heat.I was not told this by phone ,text or an email to notify me before we got there, Then sent us to another town 20 minutes away to stay at another quility inn and charge me more to stay there, The room should have been free being I was place in another hotel away from my family I visited in Burlington, was aggravated they could so careless in handling situation

Location. Price.

For the first night, we had no heat. Thought maybe they were on top of it, but sadly, they were not. Had to get a space heater (yes, a space heater) the next morning. We wake up this morning to no internet. I certainly will not be staying here next time I'm here.

"I was disappointed."

Nothing.

No heat in dirty smelly room with broken toilet.. Bedding so full of hair, I am luckyy i brought a sleeping bag. Exorbitant pending charges on my bank account, almost 500 dollars in holds for an 80 dollar room.

"I did not stay."

They didnt have heat. They didnt tell us until we get there. So we had to get a last minute room somewhere else that cost us more money.

They could have had better communacation with us before hand about the problem.
