Room had a large number of some kind of bugs on the pillow on one of the beds that scattered everywhere when I turned the pillow over. I told front staff about this and they suggested to just change the sheets. I looked at another room that also had a bugs on the bed. I could not stay the night given the unhygienic conditions. Staff said there would be no refund, were unapologetic and seemed unbothered. I reached out to management and have not received a response or anything close to appropriate customer service. Booking.com staff tried to reach them with my concerns and were hung up on. DO NOT STAY HERE. It smells heavily of cannabis and is obviously not clean. The worst customer service - at any reputable hotel there would have been an apology and refund.

Bug/insect problem. Horrible customer service. Cannabis odor quite strong.
