No refrigerator in room

The staff was great! We had an episode with our room key deactivating, and the evening front desk person worked tirelessly to correct what appeared to be a Hilton system issue. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was recently bought by Hilton (formally Comfort Inn), so everything was new, which was also nice. Breakfast was pleasantly stocked with a variety of options, and coffee, tea, and a water station were available 24/7. The gym was a nice surprise, and we stepped in there a few times and used the weights. Additionally, even though the location is between the highway and railroad tracks, it was quiet, which is also an added benefit, while traveling.

Hilton has removed the hot breakfast and replaced it with refrigerated convenience store style breakfast sandwiches that are available for 1/3 the price down the street and six dollar candy bars. There is no longer coffee in the room, which even less expensive hotels provide. Now you have to shower and dress and walk downstairs to get a cup.

It use to be a hot breakfast and was fantastic that was one of the reasons we booked there Now it was a continental breakfast below our expectations. The place was a mess when we arrived with construction work in hallways.

The location was good for our visit. Room was newly renovated with comfortable bed and pillows. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Under construction and still mostly a mess! Parking lot was also not finished. Breakfast wasn’t great.
