Location was fantastic

The fridge and the air conditioner were very noisy The air conditioner was that old and noisy that you couldn’t use it

Close to transport Great simple breakfast Bathtub Great little bar next door

Room was dark .The window opened onto a tall building next door .This didn't effect my stay so much as I arrived late and left early in the morning .

Location location location. Staff fantastic

Size and layout of room. Smallest room in North America. No room for two small cases. Air conditioner/ heater stops you getting out of bed. Useless wardrobe as one case blocks it

Location in downtown and walking distance to cruise terminal.

Very old building, rooms are very small and looking out of the window to looked at a concrete wall. The bed was dirty and long black hair all over it..

Very good location, only 3 blocks from some of the main points of the city we had to be at.

Acknowledging an older building and constraints on original room size, found the room very dark. There were 3 lights (one near the door and two bedside lamps) they did little to light up the room. The room should be painted a lighter colour which would go along way to address this. Bathroom was a reasonable size - however, the shower head was not fixed into the wall; some of the tiling did not have sufficient grout nor silicone with some newer tiles being a different colour. Appeared to be a cheap job. Breakfast was included in pricing but very disappointing. Croissant was stale for morning so did not try 2nd morning. Small breakfast room given number of guests/rooms. Had to wait to get a seat/table. Room was very hot. Staff member was very abrupt towards guests (not us). noting the FIFA conference at the time, was a very expensive 2 nights for a Two Star Hotel (my rating). A very small elevator for the number of rooms. Waited a long time before we could actually fit into it due to large number of guests using it.

We had a lovely room and the staff were friendly and helpful. A lovely breakfast was included and our daughter was able to have her own room which was excellent.

Expected more for money
