Room was dirty and bed had hairs and stains everywhere and they charged me for the room 2 times when I stayed for one.

The property was a decent price. It looked like the rooms had been recently redone. The lobby was nice. The staff was very nice upon checking in, but when I had a problem upon checking in despite being very late at night .

Our room was dirty and I mean dirty. The floor was sticky. The bathroom had hair and gross stuff all over it. When I wiped the bathroom counter, the washcloth actually turned black. There was no toilet toilet paper. There was a box of half used tissues. There were towels, but they did not look decent and there was not a single bar of soap or anything to be found. When I went to the front desk in the morning to tell them about it, they just said oh sorry. They also no keys to the guest rooms so the lady at the desk had to actually come with me anytime I wanted to get into my room and open the door for me.
