the staff was so kind, we felt very comfortable and the LOCATION WAS WALKING DISTANCE TO THE EXPOSITION CENTER - fabulous!

Had a room with an adjoining door and there is no sound insulation at all, I could hear every word and sound from that room 24/7. Hard floor surface above made rolling suitcases up there very noisy.

Large comfortable room that was spacious, not cramped. Bathroom as well. TV is a smart TV, so I could stream from my Netflix/Hulu/Disney accounts by just signing in.

The room was well set up with a few issues. First was the HVAC system that was off when I entered the rom. I turned it on for heat and set it for 70 degrees. The room ended up getting too warm and turning the temp down didn't help. I finally had to turn it to cool and set the temp for 65 so that it would cool off and I could sleep. Other issue is the bed that has a metal frame or box spring that is noisy when you get in and out of bed, like a metal can being crunched. The compimentry breakfast is only ceral, very disappointing so I didn't bother to eat there.

when I checked in, they couldn’t find a record of my booking in the one spot. They had to check another spot and then I was lucky to get their last room. Then the room they gave us. The toilet did not work. It overflowed in the middle of the night nobody had a plunger, couldn’t find it so you would think at least by the next day they would’ve had it fixed but nope came back. same issue we needed to stay on the first floor because my friend was handicapped and could not do stairs and yet they did not offer money back at all very disappointed.

Room was new and comfortable. Close to the venue I was attending and easy parking.

Bathroom was not fully cleaned. I was there for several days and after second night I left sign to clean. Towels replaced bed made and bins emptied, but bathroom and room not cleaned and shampoo and coffee etc not restocked. Left it and other two nights and asked for a clean and restock. Room not cleaned, all bins full still and no towels replaced even though they were used and on the floor. I went to desk and got towels. Was told by manager “every mother and her brother checked out today and we only have housekeeping twice a week at best”.

Proximity to Eastern States Expo. Very friendly & helpful staff.

The bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our stay. Clean towels, but the toilet was dirty.

It seemed clean, quiet and everyone was kind.

The tv wouldn’t work.
