Upon entering the room u could immediately see that the floors had NOT been swept or mopped. Everything else is excellent. They could use a bit more amenities in the suite on the 1st floor I. E. Paper towels, toaster, a bit more selection of pans and maybe a broom and mop

Dear Baldwin Inn, I wanted to express my sincere satisfaction with my recent stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Louis and the other woman (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) were incredibly hospitable, and customer service was efficient and pleasant I truly appreciated their excellent service. We stayed here when we went to an event at the eastern states exposition. It was coles, by so we were able to walk from the hotel to the fairgrounds
