Restaurant closed at 8 we got there 7:50 and they would not take us

Nothing- under construction but that’s understandable, cant wait to see when its finished!

we liked the heated year round outdoor pool. that was the best part.

it was really difficult to get the key card to work, we called the front desk and no one showed up for another 45 minutes. when they did show up, they only had one tangible key to give us for our whole family. Sometimes the key apps and thsi site needs back up options. Also, it is very easy to hear the other families in the other units. Not sure why they crammed us all together in the same building as there are multiple unoccupied buildings. I'm guessing it was to save money on heat but hearing the other guests next door and downstairs decreased the quality of the stAy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Could not locate the building to check in because the signage was very poor. For 350 a night I should not be able to hear the neighboring room clear as day with their regular voices and hear them brushing their teeth or flushing the toilet.

Clean and comfortable

The door to our room unlocked and opened twice on its own in the morning.

This would be most non intrusive check-in and check-out i have ever experienced. Staff was cordial and welcoming.

Loved the scenic location and innovative engineering at every step , be it check-in, room heating or the lake side facility. Loved the stay and would o e to come.back!
