Clean room. Swimming pool. Restaurant food was better than average (but also more expensive).

The property was advertised as "Whole House - all the privacy of home" and indeed the main picture of the property is of a small house. Additional pictures show rooms with washing machines in etc. This is totally and completely misleading!. In reality, it is a room with a bathroom in a bigger building, which also has other such units. It does also have a shared balcony, but there isn't a washing machine in sight. I don't think it would even technically classify as an apartment (within a house) as there is no kitchen. I don't know where the property in the picture is - it definitely isn't the building we're in. Also, the sound insulation between the properties is very poor. Earlier, we heard 'the neighbours' getting ready to go out - we could hear almost every word. I recorded bits on my phone out of surprise and disbelief - but I won't post it here out of respect for them. We simply wouldn't have chosen this property if it had been correctly listed and we feel cheated. We booked through booking.com and I contacted their customer services, but their response was far too slow for us to cancel and book elsewhere. Please beware when you book this! They should definitely change the listing to avoid confusion and disappointment at the very least! Also, the check-in system didn't work. We contacted the front desk twice and still no good.

Extremely clean and felt like a fancy hotel room.

It’s a little spread out but that is intentional.

The directions to the actual building were terrible. It took 30 minutes from arrival at the resort to finding the apartment. The instructions for the door key were terrible. It took 15 minutes to download the stuff, and then 10 minutes to figure out how to use the on-the-phone key to open the door

The building is new and in great condition. There is an excellent restaurant on the property. Food and service were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Although others have been happy with the electronic sign in, it was not clear where to go upon arrival. Someone at the restaurant led me and another visitor to the correct buildings. The material from Booking.com did not provide a map showing how to locate the unit. The room was very nice but is on the 2nd floor. This was not a problem for me but should have been identified in the listing. There was very little sound insulation between the two second floor units. Much of the noise comes through the door which is intended to convert the two upstairs rooms into adjoining bedrooms. Without sound insulation it was possible to hear every cough, sneeze or conversation. I found the noise to be quite disturbing even though the other guests were as quiet as anyone could reasonably expect. This is a new resort that is still under construction.
