Beautiful new buildings, modern designs and interior decorations/styling. Spacious accommodations, easy to get to as it’s right off the highway. Convenient keyless entry, and just a really relaxing comfortable feel to being there!

The only 2 things that weren’t great: 1. We wanted to utilize the pull out couch but couldn’t find bedding for it, so we thought maybe once we pull it out to the sleeper sofa position, the bedding would be on there. Well, it was, all rolled up in a dirty ball with crumbs in it. So obviously the previous tenants used it, soiled it, folded it back up, and then cleaning service forgot to open it and check and re make it with clean sheets. 2. I had called ahead of time to ask if the pool/hot tub area had towels and the answer was yes. But when we got there, there were no pool towels to be found anywhere. We found 4 small towels folded inside the locker room- smaller than a shower towel. And we used those but they surely weren’t pool towels, and if we had known that, I would have packed pool towels. Even though I detailed two complaints, overall, the accommodations were wonderful and the good outweighed the bad.

The place was AMAZING, in an amazing location, reception very hospitable, the grocery store/deli had everything and were very friendly. The views were outstanding and the house was beautiful. It was very easy to get to. We went on a VERY wintery weekend with plenty of snow and ice on both Saturday and Sunday and the facilities/grounds crew were pretty spectacular keeping everything clear. I would definitely recommend staying here.

There were only a couple of things that I would change: The pillows were extremely hard and very high.....for someone that needs to sleep flat, that was an issue. I wish they had other options and extra pillows in the house. The 2nd thing is that I don't think there is enough cooking utensils/pots and pans stocked in the kitchen. They had no baking pans and only 1 sauce/stock pan. When staying in a "home", I would expect the kitchen to be fully stocked so that people can cook an entire meal.

The building has thin walls. We were woken up multiple times by the plows and snow blowers despite being on the second floor. The guests staying on the first floor were arguing loudly, I called the number on the map but no one answered and I didn't feel safe to handle the situation myself. I wish that there was someone who could answer the phone and handle any issues, very grateful that there wasn't an emergency. Otherwise the property and the room were beautiful and well maintained.

the sheets on one bed had stains which was a turn off right away. the rug has very big stains which was very unappealing. i called the office to make aware of it so my stay was not blamed. the guests in the same unit where very noisy letting there children play/run in the hallway up and down the stairs .

I enjoyed the spacious, warm and comfy room. Having access to the outdoor pool jacuzzi, and changing rooms was great. The restaurant and deli offerings were fantastic.

It appears like rapid and lower quality construction. Attention to details (remove plastic on the windows, make sure the bed board is installed properly, remove used water bottle at the top of bed frame) would have made for a more luxurious stay. Also, the receptionist offered zero information on the resort itself and I had to read the website to figure out where things were located and what was offered.
