El Mirador

Excelente lugar para una escapada cerca de San José. El personal siempre muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo.

Huéspedes en otras habitaciones con la música fuerte. Considero que es un lugar para solo estar en contacto con la naturaleza y escucharla. Debería de prohibir la música fuerte. Pusimos la queja y nos ayudaron con la situación.

We can’t use the sauna. Never was warm enough! Too cold!!! The shower had to be almost turned off to heat up because if you opened it too much or opened it a little more it wouldn't heat up. The carpet was very dirty!!!

Really nice place with an amazing view! The tent was super comfortable and clean! We had a great time and enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot! The staff was kind and the breakfast good!

The location of the site was incredible, right in the middle of the jungle, and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful, especially with the dome. It was a fantastic experience to enjoy the tranquility, the sunset, and the wildlife around us. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The water in the jacuzzi wasn't hot, and unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue

The views were absolutely gorgeous. It was the perfect place to end our vacation in Costa Rica. Plenty of ways to unwind and intake all of Costa Rica's beauty.

There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was to perfection. Just like it was described. My family is extremely pleased with our selection.

This is an exceptional place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just what we like. They bent over backwards to find us a room after booking.com didn’t send them our updated dates. They could not have treated us better.

Booking.com for messing up our reservation. If there hadn’t been an open room we would have had to sleep in our car.
