Not enough parking

Having a full kitchen and two bedrooms was amazing. We were on the second level and only had one set of steps to go up and down. Parking was super convenient. The area was quite. There was a grocery store and target right across the street

You had to take your own trash to the dumpster. You also had to go get your own towels. The front desk closed early so getting what you needed was a little difficult.

The location was good as we were there to work at the PGA Championship in Newtown. Liked the comfort of the bed and the full sized refrigerator and having a toaster since there was no oven. There was plenty of storage in the dresser and night stands and large walk-in closet (safe in closet did not work).

When we checked in there was a night stand drawer filled with empty cans of soda and Gatorade and cans and bags of potato chips. There was only 1 remote but had 2 televisions. I wish there would have been notification that there was no oven or even a toaster oven. There were not enough dishes or silverware to not have to wash dishes after every use, The garbage disposal did not work nor did the safe.

The place has potential -- multiple bedrooms, kitchen, pool, adequate parking

Run down. Dirty unit. After checking in, we found animal (cat?) hair on the carpet and behind the sofa; small amount of feces on side of couch. Carpet severely worn out and frayed. The air conditioner did not work; fan blew air, but when we returned one afternoon it was nearly 80 degrees in the the unit and could not get it to cool down. Our door lock also failed 2 of the 3 days we were there. Had to have facilities come and reset the lock. On the second occasion, it was after 6pm and the lobby was closed and front door locked; had to call a number posted on the door, leave a voicemail and wait for someone to call us back, only then to dispatch facilities again to reset the lock. It wasn't fixable, so we had to have someone in the unit until we checked out the next day as we could not lock the door and re-enter on our own. Overall, a complete mess.
