It was nice.

Our bathroom toilet was broken upon arrival. The pool was closed in the heat of summer. My mom fell in the shower due to it being slick. Other then that it was nice

"It was a place to lay our head at night, but I wouldn’t lay my head here again."

The room was very dirty. And we had family staying in the same hotel and their rooms were dirty as well, so it wasn’t just ours. I would not stay here again.

"We will never stay at this Quality Inn again, it was a filthy nightmare."

I had a much nicer breakfast at the Quality Inn we stayed at in Fredericksburg but this breakfast was acceptable, just did not include as many choices.

We requested a room change due to finding bugs on the floor. The second room also had bugs and the bathtub was absolutely filthy with a large ring of soap scum inside. It was late and our payment was nonrefundable so we stayed in this room, killed the bugs we saw and did not use the shower. I reported this upon checkout and the staff did not express any concern or offer any compensation.

"NEVER STAYED 85$ stolen"

Didn’t never even stay there or get a key and they still took my money !!!!!! I ended up leaving to get the 100$ deposit and got pulled over called to cancel and still haven’t gotten my money even after booking.com contacted them

Location

Had to switch rooms. The second room was okay but the tub was clogged and dirty. The A/C needed to be recharged and the door stuck. Unsavory people were hanging out in the parking lot. Unlikely to return.
