"Smoking rooms need attention too"

The staff was accommodating, the grounds were nice, breakfast was good. Wish they had other cereal for kids.

The room. We were supposed to have adjoining rooms, but got rooms beside each other. The door wouldn't deadbolt. STAFF came and was able to lock it, but I wasn't able to, safety issue. Remote didn't work, staff took one from our other room, so other room wasn't able to watch TV. Coffee maker was disgusting in the part you added water. Bathroom outlet didn't work. Floor was filthy. Room 118 needs some attention. Yes it was a smoking room, but should get same Attention as the non smoking rooms.

"Had I not paid for two nights in advance, I would not have stayed there for the second night."

Breakfast was ok at best. Very limited selection, although the waffles were pretty good.

The door to the room stuck when trying to open it, and was difficult to close. Mattress was hard and bedding was worn. Shower had mold in several areas and shower curtain rod was barely held in place with rusty screws.

Bed bugs, people loud,not a safe place. The curtain doesn’t close all the way. The door has crack the light comes in to the room at night. Plumbing makes noise when someone use the shower. This place is a motel!! Patel motel The pool is green! I mean nasty green

We never stayed at this hotel because they cancelled our reservation after calling the hotel directly the night before. We were physically unable to get there on time due to intense traffic leaving Florida after the evacuation notice. We were told by the front desk “no worries”. After we learned our reservation was cancelled after paying in advance there were no rooms available in the area. Shameful …

"I was disappointed"

I did not know they even served breakfast. The hotel is dated, and it was damp and musky.

I originally booked this hotel through Klarna. Somehow Klarna did not get the reservation. The hotel kicked Klarna out, and charged my credit card full price. I was not happy from the get-go. Seeing the room even made it worse.
