breakfast was supposed to be included in booking but wasn’t - didn’t really matter as it was cheap but an additional cost.

"Seems like a great place to stay for surfers and younger crowd. Lots of activities and super cool vibe."

Cool vibe! Loved the free coffee and water available all day. The property and rooms are really beautiful. Little oasis in town.

The beds were uncomfortable and basic rooms had no a/c.
