It's not the first time that I choose Dusit Thani, always a good level place. Very good breakfast and facilities levels (expecially the swimming pool). Great room with sea view. Fabulous sunset.

In this period of the year, air-con makes the room too cold, switch it off is not possible because you feel a lot of humidity due to the weather outside. Small beach but nice.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher nie wirklich sauber. Im Fitnessraum ist der Boden gefährlich (unebenen). Allgemein keine liebe fürs Detail und recht teuerres essen.

The property was okay. Didn’t had time to explore bec of my flight next day. The pool and view was incredible. The bellboy/ assistants were so excellent and very helpful. So grateful for them for taking care of our luggages.

Hello, The receptionist at checking in was very cold and condescending. She was in a hurry and talking to her staff at the same time about their next break. We understand that she’s taking care and concern of her staff. . But she could have let others check us in if she was busy. She probably thought we’re just locals from Cebu cause we looked so haggard( who doesn’t after going through all the traffic). I had my sister with me who was casually dress. I believe the locals are treated less than the foreigners. It should be equal treatment for local or foreign guest. And when she saw my US passport her attitude changed. But as I’ve said local and foreign guest should have the same treatment. There is no shuttle service available until 10:00 AM. Offering a complimentary shuttle for guests starting at 6:00 AM would be very beneficial. This would add value to the resort, as guests with early flights would feel more comfortable staying, knowing they would not need to worry about transportation to the airport. The rooms and bathrooms were very small for a 5 star hotel/resort. I travel a lot worldwide and I just stayed in the suite room at Fili/Nustar for which I was very impressed with their service. If Dusit is part of the Nustar hotel chains I can tell you the Dusit rooms and toiletries were not par with other 5 star hotels. Just a suggestion to upgrade the rooms and toiletries.
