Breakfast was bad , very bad chaos , running out of eggs bacon hash brown, food was spicy lunch stuff not breakfast menus. Pool was spoilt by day visitors having foam parties , total disaster felt like spring break !! Hotel charges a fee to book a taxi ! Just stupid and greedy.
FRThe hotel had many amenities and options of restaurants, spa, beach, pools etc. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We also had a surprise waiting in our room for our honeymoon.
As mentioned by many reviewers, the pricing is highly exagerated for most things at the hotel. Restaurants are all overpriced, the taxi quotes from the airport/port I was given were 4 x the pricing from Grab taxi (Philippines' version of Uber), etc. Our bathroom also had 2 clogged drains which we had to ask and follow up with the concierge to fix. The buffet wasn't great, and was quite chaotic.
