Hyatt Place Tucson Central

Pague la reservacion adelantada y al llegar al hotel dijeron que no tenían esa reservacion y después de hacernos esperar, nos pidieron que pagáramos nuevamente en el hotel total que pagamos doble y estamos esperando el reembolso.

Would never stay here again. Hotel is very sketchy area. Homeless camp just outside hotel, often seen doing drugs- though did stay away from hotel parking lot. We are also prettybsure there were some prostitution happening atleast o e evening outside in the oarking lot nearb. While the room appeared cleaned had a huge cockroach in bathroom- when reported to hotel they said that they just had an exterminator there and sometimes they just come out to die and would send maintenence up. Not sure what maintance did for this, then final day everyone had to evacuate from fire alarm going off in the morning. Overall it was one thing after another in our 3 nights staying. Would have moved hotels but we were told we prepaid so we were out of luck getting even moved to another hyatt nearby. Staff were overall friendly though .

I love the place and the staff they were so nice. I recommend it to you guys you will like it. Just give it a try and you thank me later.

Not fancy but room was clean and it was quiet.

Place was clean, great breakfast and accesible, however they were so many homeless persons around.

La habitación limpia, el personal muy atento y amable

El aire hacía mucho ruido, la habitación una pared rota ( se le informó al personal ), no había wifi ( o si había pero no funcionaba )

The bartender made a point to tell us how limited the bar was by saying anything thats on the menu is not available. The whole top shelf was displayed empty tequila bottles. I have stayed at many Hyatt's for their amenities and this one was bottom on my list. Ended up having to go out for food and beverages.
