Hyatt Place Tucson Central

Their breakfast was excellent. One thing I didn’t like was that you need to request for the room to be clean and we were not told that at check in.

It was very noisy and we couldn’t sleep and in the morning water pipe broke and there was no water for few hours

Good place to stay. Nice rooms, good breakfast, nice pool and other accommodations. Rained while I was there so I had the chance to experience the "desert rain" smell which was amazing.

When we arrived the parking lot was riddled with so many drug using homeless people. It was scary. The hotel said they had security so we should be fine. Carpet was torn in the room. Bathroom had hair on yhe floor. Sofa bed lumpy . Very little amenities.

Wonderful staff we had a poeer outage do to weather .. staff was very helpful and reassuring.

It was horrible. We went out for dinner and when we returned to the hotel, all the power was out on everything. Super dark, and it was getting really hot without the air conditioning. I requested any commendation and they weren’t able to offer anything. I requested a full refund and left the hotel.

Overall great stay, hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was decent. The amount of homeless people wandering just outside the hotel in the parking lot was a little sketchy, especially for a risk of a car break in. Exterios was litered with debris unfortunately. Great hotel, but built in a not so great location. Will probably not stay here again.

The check in and out was easy. The location was easy to find and safe. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
