Artius City Centre Apartment

Perfect location

Location is amazing. It's near a few shopping centers and a few minutes walking to old town.

Bathroom wasn't clean and I had to remove someone else's hair. Pipes were somehow blocked so all the time someone used sink the whole floor in bathroom will be flooded. And we didn't have swipe to clean it so eventually it started to smell since first day. The owner fixed it partially but the problem persisted with the bathtub. Linens and duvet smelled a lot to food. I'm not sure they cleaned them or there's an issue with the building but wasn't pleasant. Pillows were too low so I couldn't rest properly. There was a strange issue with key. A single key for the building and the apartment doesn't really give me confidence on security. The key actually opens other building around the block too. Which we learned by mistake. It doesn't feel right.

I spent a week working remotely in a new city, and my stay was fantastic. The apartment had all the essentials to feel at home, including a great washing machine, dishwasher, American-style coffee maker, tea infuser pitcher, and well-stocked kitchen. It's conveniently located near shopping centers and a vibrant area with excellent restaurants and bars. The internet speed was fair, around 40Mbps download and 20Mbps upload, and I had no issues with it during my stay. The apartment was cozy, with a small balcony (though I couldn't use it due to the cold), and the bed seems comfortable for two as well.

Everything was great, but please note there are significant roadworks in the area, causing some minor inconvenience when heading out or taking a ride (plan accordingly when heading to the airport). The apartment is well soundproofed though.

Very close to Rotermani Quarter, Shopping and Old Town.

Liked the location. Close to the Old Town, shopping malls, and to the port if you are taking the ferry to Helsinki. Easy to get a Bolt ride to the airport also. Access to the elevator was good, as we were on the 8th floor. Great view of town from the balcony. Kitchen had everything you need but we didn't use it. Living room is spacious and comfortable.

The bed was what I call a full bed. Not two twins put together that would be a king size bed. When your partner is 6 foot the bed is small. Would have liked to have extra bedding and pillows for the sofa. No Air conditioning. Couldn't open the windows as the window key used to unlock the windows was stuck in the bedroom window. Had to open the door to the balcony to get fresh air into the living room Would have liked to have been able to open the windows. More secure that way also.

Great location, big place with enough space, underground parking. Has everything you need for short or longer stay.

Kitchen was missing some equipment like good frying pans. Dishes where inside the washing machine. There are constructions going on, can be hard to find parking entrance the first time.
