Artius City Centre Apartment

This apartment exceeded my expectations. Everything was great. Absolutely perfect location , just 2 minutes walk to enter the old city. For us it was better to stay here, than in the center of old town, with its ups and downs and old apartments. Really very convenient place, several huge supermarkets around were we bought ready meals of excellent quality (best one is Kaubamaja supermarket, in Viru building), far more better than we were served at the restaurants in the town. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, light and very comfortable, even better than on the photos, in general it's always the contrary. Bed is large enough for 2 people, even the sofa is really large, and both comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom - well equipped, clean and spacious. There is a balcony, were you can sit, take your morning coffee and have a look on the old town. It's on a higher floor and without vis-a-vis. The building is situated on a large crossroad, but we weren't disturbed by noise, because there is not a heavy traffic. I even think that staying near the loudy bars in the old town would be far more disturbing.

Location and Easy check-in/out.

Air condition unit was located in a place where it was blowing hot air, staight into the closed area of the balcony. When temperature outside in afternoon was a bit over normal, it was very hot in balcony-area.

Very tidy, cosy and beautiful apartment at the heart of the city. Smooth and quick correspondence with the super-friendly host. Definitely will return!

No reason to complain whatsoever.

Fantastic location and nice apartment but the sofa is a little worn in both looks and comfort.

Took a few minutes of struggling to open the door of the apartment, we were locked out then locked in, then locked out again. You have to wiggle then push the door handle quite firmly whilst turning the key. The sofa has had a lot of use, but all other amenities in the apartment great. Lovely view of the old town from the balcony spoiled by very dirty windows. There is no gym, we were told to go to a public gym across the street. We travel at least once a week and never book anywhere that doesn't have a gym - yes, it's always more expensive, but that's what we need and want when we travel so we pay the extra for it. It's the ONLY reason we chose this apartment out of dozens with no gym available in Tallinn, but the host wasn't concerned about it, like, what's the big deal it's only a gym and there's one you can go to in the shopping centre across the road. Despite our correspondence from last week, the listing still says that there is a fitness centre.

Great location! Heated bathroom was amazing and so fast for drying clothes on the clothes rail! It was nice that there were some larder goods in place eg cooking oil and salt! Plenty of clothes hangers, we loved the Smart TV and enjoyed Netflix on that ! The balcony is lovely and the view is stunning

Needs more drinking glasses and mugs and teatowels

Great location, within walking distance from the old town, very quiet. Good communication with the host, definitely recommend.
