We were treated by a less than friendly front desk. We were on second floor and was shocked there was no elevator the whole place is very outdated for the cost of over $160. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel was easy to find and close to our destination in Fort Erie. Breakfast was good. Quite a few options.

Road into the hotel was a bit strange. Didn't really know if we were on the right pathway until the end when one rounded the corner and saw the hotel.

Staff member at 11pm was abrupt and didn’t seem to care much for me being there. She dismissed my question, not knowing what the hold amount would be on my credit card for incidentals. The TV kept turning on and off, presumably due to it not functioning correctly and woke us up twice during the night. Will not be returning.

The breakfast was perfect.. sausage and eggs and toast. Loved that there was coffee and juice provided as well. Tge staff are friendly and the room was great.

No water provided in room for coffee.. no tooth brush or tooth posts in room.. handy for those who forgot theirs
