"Terrible experience — never going back"

The staff at the front desk were unhelpful and seemed uninterested when I asked for basic information or guidance. The room didn’t feel clean, and the carpet was sticky and unpleasant to walk on. Overall, the place felt poorly maintained and unwelcoming. I will definitely never stay here again.
