Good food

Not much clean rooms and bathrooms were not well maintained

Shubho is a great barista in the Blue Cafe, he went above and beyond to ensure we got the coffees we wanted.Great service and great coffee and snacks/lunch here and good value. Sumi in reception was really friendly, polite and professional and always ensuring we were looked after. The location, a stroll to the amazing Radhanagar Beach, perfect for swimming and relaxing. The pool was clean, and perfect for a dip or chilling. Had an issue with a lock and a lovely maintenance guy came to sort quickly, didn't catch his name but was again very professional and friendly. Consierge desk organised trips and taxis to get around as required and also friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy, which was great. Very relaxing stay. Good Indian breakfast choices, also cereal toast and jam.

Unfortunately the bar had no beer after we had 2 beers on the first day, not a big issue but a beer after the beach would have been nice and another day it wasn't open when we returned from beach.. Would have been good to be able to get the cafe coffee at breakfast but cafe didn't open until 10am, as the Nescafe mix cafe/chai wasn't for us, just personal but the option would have been great.

Posizione molto buona vicino alla spiaggia più strepitosa dell' isola (5min a piedi). Piacevole piscina per nuotare. Personale molto gentile e cibo buono

I liked everything!!,easy to park scooter, lovely friendly staff working in all departments. Nice setting, great swimming pool, great restaurant with great breakfast. Lovely big room. If you want alcohol there is an upstairs bar!. Close to super beach and just a short distance to shops and restaurants..

The hotel asks for payment in advance to their bank in India, found it a bit difficult but figured it out!. Be great if you could pay using international credit card.

Best resort

Tolle Lage in der Natur mit nur wenigen Laufminuten zum schönsten Strand Radhanagar Beach. Sehr erholsam. Schöne Bungalows. Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent, gilt für Rezeption und Sauberkeit, aber ganz besonders für das Restaurant, hier sehr serviceorientiert. Außerdem ist das Essen sehr gut.

Im Hotel alles top und durchgehend tolles Personal. Aber Achtung bei der Person im Rezeptionsraum, die die Tauchausflüge und Taxifahrten zur Fähre verkauft, sie hat auch uns enttäuscht (wir hatten schon entsprechende Bewertungen gelesen, dass das Taxi bestellen zur Fähre nicht klappt, was natürlich problematisch ist, wenn man weiterreisen muss). So war es leider auch bei uns, obwohl ich x-mal nachgefragt habe, ob das Taxi wirklich um die Uhrzeit kommt (die Person machte trotz Bitten keine Anstalten mit einem Fahrer zu telefonieren, sondern sagte immer nur, das klappt schon) Ich habe mir sogar die Nummer geben lassen, falls es schief gehen sollte. Am nächsten Morgen: kein Taxi und unter der Nummer nahm niemand ab... Unser schöner Aufenthalt endete also stressig, da das Hotel ziemlich einsam liegt und es nicht so schnell Taxi-Ersatz gibt.
