ESEl mejor hotel en el que me he alojado en Malasia. Ubicado en una zona muy céntrica de Georgetown pero muy tranquila. Se llega fácilmente caminando a todos los puntos turísticos de la ciudad. Cerca hay restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia. El Aeropuerto Internacional de Penang se encuentra a 25 minutos en Grab. TODO el personal, desde el vigilante de seguridad hasta el personal de recepción y limpieza fueron muy amables y serviciales. Siempre atentos y con una sonrisa. Llegué temprano para hacer el Chek-in y como mi habitación ya estaba disponible me permitieron entrar sin coste adicional. La habitación al igual que todo el hotel estaba muy limpia. Habitación pequeña pero con todos los elementos para hacer una estancia acogedora: espacio para dejar la maleta, zona de perchero, nevera, hervidor, caja fuerte, televisión y artículos de baño. Habitación muy bien iluminada, buen aire acondicionado y el baño con muy buena ducha. Disponía de una pequeña piscina al aire libre con tumbonas perfecta para refrescarse del calor de la ciudad. Excelente relación calidad-precio, incluso diría que barato para las instalaciones que alberga. Una experiencia formidable.
