Exceptionally clean Really like the single occupancy room concept. Great for solo travellers if you don’t want to stay in a hostel/capsule hotel or pay for a hotel room which is usually the cost of dual occupancy. The single occupancy rooms were surprisingly spacious. Bathroom was nice, bed comfortable and I liked the tea/coffee facilities and robe snd complimentary flip flops. Nice relaxing pool area Feels very safe and secure - manned security at hotel entrance

Unfortunately the rooms are right on the main road and it’s incredibly noisy due to bikes and cars. This was particularly bad over the weekend and I slept really poorly here for this reason. I would say if you’re a light sleeper avoid this place and stay somewhere off the main road Check in and out was also quite chaotic - they forgot to give me a receipt for the 200 MYR deposit I paid in cash on arrival (which I wasn’t even aware I had to pay). When I checked out I requested early check out the day before - I needed to check out at 7am for a flight and they usually open reception at 8am. I made them aware of this and they told me to go to the desk at 7am to check out. When I tried to check out there was no one at the desk and check out ended up being chaotic. There was also a problem getting my deposit back initially as they hadn’t provided a receipt for me as they were supposed to. I was then late for my taxi and arrived to the airport later than planned. I then received a WhatsApp message from them later on to say I owed them money for a poolside beer I had and they were requesting I fill out card authorisation forms to pay this remotely. This should have been sorted at check out but they weren’t prepared and I didn’t have time to stay any longer. It was disappointing to me that they felt the need to chase 13 MYR up from me after the hassle they had caused already. I told them the least they could do was offer me the beer complimentary and they did agree in the end. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on the chaotic organisation I experienced. Check in and check out should be a smooth process - it’s the bare minimum for a well functioning hotel.

Camera mare, balcon spatios ce dadea catre curtea interioara si piscina - baie curata, spatioasa, renovata - espressor de cafea - aer conditionat - aproape de vechiul oras - terasa din spatele hotelului si vegetatia din jur

- receptia functiona doar intre orele 8 - 23, - hotelul este situat pe o strada foarte aglomerata si zgomotoasa. Noi avand camera cu vedere catre curtea interioara si piscina, nu am fost deranjati de zgomotul strazii dar cand ieseam din hotel, era dificil de mers pe strada, nefiind trotuar in zona. - nu am primit camera rezervata pe booking din prima, a trebuit sa refuzam camera oferita deoarece avea vedere laterala la strada, nu catre piscina si curtea interioara asa cum rezervasem. A fost o situatie neplacuta ce a deranjat usor personalul. - mic dejun modest - mesele si scaunele de pe terasa unde se servea micul dejun au fost necuratate, cu urme vizibile de grasimi

the Savv hotel and its friendly staff exceeded my expectations. The friendliness and the nice atmosphere helped me to feel at home quit quickly. My solo room with a 'ship's window' was very comfortable and had everything i needed. Good bathroom as well. The pool was small but lovely. Breakfast basic and a great start of the day. The porter at the entrance was so friendly, as were the reception lady and the 'breakfast' lady and the cleaner of the pool.

the only thing that can make this small cosy and professional hotel better for me is a lounge with a small menu.

Good location to old city, great ocean views. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly, helpful staff. Good restaurants & music venue nearby

房間雖然是單人間，但整体設備很新，乾淨、明亮！完全沒壓迫感，25吋前開行李箱完全能展開！床超好睡！晚上也不吵！因為腰不好，所以第一天到時我就請櫃台的男服務員幫我找個硬點的枕頭，本來他說要找找看，後面找到後竟直接的送到房間給我！真的是超極無敵感動
