MYMYFriendly staff.
Noise came from neighbors even til 12am. Obviously hear the guest next to you talk just like they were in your room. Not recommend for those who wants to sleep like a baby.

Staying at hotel Savv really made my week long Penang trip a wonderful experience! Having my cabin room upgraded to a deluxe double room was a pleasant surprise to kick off my vacation :)The location of the hotel was fabulous with the core area of George town being at walking distance from it. The close proximity to the clan jetties made for beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the property. Special mention to the staff - Angel, Vishan,Syukur, Ms.May & the security gaurds who were polite, friendly snd very helpful :) I enjoyed the breakfast served here, the addition of one local dish every morning was great! Ms.May (Breakfast in charge) actually arranged for kaya jam for me with my toast when I had mentioned to her that I really like kaya toast. She was also very sweet to pack breakfast to take with me to the airport on the last day of stay as I had an early check out. The hotel being very close to the bus terminus and ferry terminal was also a huge plus. The pool and breakfast area with a lot of greenery was lovely too. The pool was a bit small, but that didn't deter me from using it especially on those really hot days :D
