Hotel looks brand new. There is a nice swimming pool to use. The staff are very courteous and responsive. We would return to this hotel but ask for rooms not near "loud" customers.....

We unfortunately were next to a family who were obnoxious and loud. They were screaming at their kids to stay awake. They (the husband and wife) pounded on the walls. They woke up the next morning at 7:30 with the father screaming "WAKE UP WAKE UP" and pounding on the walls. Front desk was called and security came up. We changed rooms, better, but the customer across the hallway had to be confronted by security to "Calm Down" at 4-5 am. She threw a cookie at our door. Boy, it's not the hotel's fault but two loud customers.....at two different rooms. Make you wonder.....

management, that left new staff at the front desk to deal with management or hotel problem. we reserved a 2 room suite, upon arrival got one room, for 3 adults. No notification and terrible resolution...minor discount and free parking.

Location

Hotel rooms are outdated and the mattresses are uncomfortable. Although they claim to be pet friendly, it really isn’t the case as dogs are not allowed anywhere inside the facility, other than the lobby and the room.

Location was fabulous! Parking was decent and room was comfortable for a quick weekend. Loved the personal touch of the welcome and being able to connect apps.

Elevator broke down and caused a lot of delay getting up and down to the Lobby.
