The pillow cases where dirty but other than that the room was good

housekeeping lady and the owner both knocked but did not wait for an answer before using a key to enter the room on two separate occasions in the same morning. i had said over and over “hold on” as i was in the bathroom. it was proven later this same day that they chose to ignore me saying hold on because a different person outside my room door was able to hear me and waited. if i had been asleep without the latch on the door, i would have woken up to a complete stranger standing over me. I felt very uncomfortable and violated with these encounters and talked with a different member of the staff who informed me that they have been telling housekeeping and the owner to stop doing that as it could end badly one day.

It wasn't as listed. No pool. No breakfast. The floor of the room was nasty and there were roaches and black mold. The ice machine was broken and 2 girls on the morning shift were really rude.

Staff.

Breakfast was advertised as part of the deal. But no breakfast was available. Coffee only. We felt cheated.

Never got to stay. My reservation got cancelled so I had to drive around to find another place to stay at 10:00 pm

I stayed for 8 days for work. Within that 8 days, I killed 8 spiders and a cockroach. Housekeeping never came to my room. My keycard had to get replaced multiple times which apparently happens there a lot because the desk workers were not surprised. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The headboards were sitting in the floor above the bed. I didn’t have a nightstand. The phone was literally sitting on top of one of the broken headboards. I never leave bad reviews on hotels but I’ve genuinely never had problems like this.

Mikayla, the daytime manager, was very rude to us. Constantly, knocking on our door and trying to kick us out even though we had paid. We were overcharged for our 2nd week and double charged for our last day. The housekeepers and night-time staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The way we were treated by Mikayla was uncalled for as well as, the way she treats her staff is terrible. This has really upset me because I truly love the location. Something truly needs to be done about the daytime management. Mikayla was very nasty toward my fiancé who is disabled & Autistic. The owners and staff are amazing, but manager Mikayla has made our stay the worst we have ever experienced.

The owner or whoever was rude to my family because they didn’t service our room and yelled at my sister for asking for clean towels . The floor was absolutely dirty, our shoes are forever black now and our feet stayed the color black . The first time we checked in we given a room with no linens or anything . They forgot the rooms were being remodeled so they had to switch our room . Our key didn’t work and we had to go to the front and an Indian man yelled at us because our key didnt work . It was a okay stay but the people there were not the best except the nice light skinned lady who greeted us .
