Days Inn by Wyndham Jacksonville NC

Hotel was not as advertised and although staff was apologetic, they couldn’t do anything about it. Blamed the owner for purposely not updating the listing online to keep from losing business.

Nothing the areas was really sketchy. People actually stayed at the hotels. People loitering around the place. Very scary.. The room smelled like smoke and weed.

Everything the location the people standing outside the hotel just sketchy and scary.

While the bed was very comfortable, the place needs updating. Wites just hangon the walls, the fridge was lopsided,

The manager was wonderful. I was going back home and they offered me a ride back to the bus station. I had my service dog and I was able to relax knowing we didn’t have to walk.

The floors in my room were very dirty. My service dog paws were dirty and my socks were dirty walking around the room. I actually took a few of the washcloths and hand washed the floor because there was a black film on the floor. I found a dead roach in the air conditioner and in the bathroom. I took consideration that it was obvious the facility was being redone. There were end tables and dressers sitting outside.

Clean, comfortable, very nice.

I was overbuilt staff. Had a horrible, horrible attitude and practice covering for each other.

Nothing.

Room was clean staff was nice it was pretty quiet even at night time

Only options for breakfast is waffles and cereal and on the second day of the trip I went down to get cereal and they didn’t have milk so had to get dry cereal so that was disappointing
