We were originally put in a room on the first floor facing a busy street. It was loud with bright lights throughout the night. The next morning we requested a room change which we were given. We moved to a second floor room on the other side of the building. We appreciated that they were willing and able to accommodate our request. The room was not very clean and all amenities were old and outdated.

I had reserved and prepaid for a room with two beds; was assigned a room with one bed and told it couldn't be changed. The door looked as if it had recently been broken into and had not been repaired. The TV was not programmed to work, and I was given inaccurate directions on how to start it from the clerk. Worst hotel I've stayed at through Hotels.com.
