I didn't eat.

Nothing, I know it was on a short notice, but we didn’t get the room we was supposed to get, very dirty I mean very , we was supposed to have a non smoking room and it smelled so bad and had cigarette burns on the bed, tub, toilet, if it could be burnt it was! If you must go to Dalton Georgia and have to stay here or sleep in a tent then I would highly recommend the tent! Worse place we have ever stayed!!!

Everything, we was supposed to have a king suite non smoking room, and we got a small very nasty room that was smoked in more than a chimney! Dirt everywhere, cigarette burns everywhere, holes in the floor and walls, and some white sticky stuff on the bed comforter that I keep telling myself was cake icing! Thank God my wife brought us some bed clothing so we didn’t have to use what was there! I wish I could upload the pictures of this room so everyone could see just how nasty and rude this place is! I recommend if you have to stay here sleep in your car or buy a tent! Roaches everywhere walls coved with poop in the bathroom, dirt everywhere caked up in the corners and on the trim and floors! Not to mention the big hole in the floor by the table that was cover up so when you sit in the chair against the wall you would fall into! We have traveled all over the lower 48 states and when I say I would rather sleep outside I mean it! Very unhappy customer and I hope someone reports them and shuts this place down ! Didn’t even try their breakfast because of the smell and not being clean! I hope everyone reads this message and never have to go though what me and my family did! I wish I could upload all the pictures but won’t let me!

Someone above my room was moving furniture around midnight.

Updates, cleaning & repairs needed

The room was dirty at check in. Had to wait for 30mins outside for them to clean after I already asked for a broom and swept so I could just lay down. The front desk clerk was a zombie. There was blood on the beds and sheets. The hair dryer was broken and scary to hold before I shut it off. The staff was in my room and someone else's stuff was in there upon returning from an errand with the door wide open an hour even before check out. Then a day after checkout my card was charged over and over again for $55 dollars and then it doubled several times before my bank flagged it as fraudulent and returned several hundred dollars amounting to over $1,000.

The rooms look 100% better than the pictures. I was truly impressed. And the price value is unmatched. I would definitely come back to stay here again. Sincerely, Ramirez W.

That this establishment didn't have an iron available

The first room we were given had a toilet with a diarrhea explosion in the toilet. The second room had a couple of long dark hairs imbedded in the fitted sheet on one of the beds. We always check for bedbugs also (and didn't find any), but in pulling the bed away from the wall found quite a bit of dust and debris, including a discarded cup. We brought all these to the attention of the staff.
