"Safe area, clean room, helpful staff, there is also a restaurant next door that you may choose instead of the hotel bre"

Safe area- no concerns. Perkins Restaurant is right next door . Staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

The bed mattress was like sleeping in a bowl. (time to change it) Breakfast was not great.

The property is in a very nice area of Memphis and the staff was very professional and attentive.

The hotel needs some renovations. Things are falling a part and appear dated.
