Homewood Suites Memphis Germantown

Maybe I’m bougie and I’m just being harsh due to having stayed in two way nicer hotels prior to my visit here, but this Homewood suites sucked. I had to call for an attendant because she was on tik tok in her office. Then when we got into the room it stunk like “old”. It felt dirty and the pics are confirmation that housekeeping hardly cleans. We listened to a customer service rep when she told us this place was really “nice”. Boy was she wrong and were we stupid for trusting her. Avoid this place and stay anywhere else. The only benefit is the parking lot is well lit.

We always stay at the hotel when we travel to this area.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our accommodations were excellent.

The breakfast was good, and clean, and easily to get. The app was great getting us the information we needed and response was relatively quick. The staff was very polite and kind.

Housecleaning daily, though it was easy to get what we needed. I think it may have been policy to put trash out, as it was picked up early and throughout the day. We did not know, but noticed others had done it. An extra blanket in the closet for the hide a bed would have been nice.

Room was dated. Breakfast was very good
