Homewood Suites Memphis Germantown

Hotel a little outdated. Stayed for 3 nights and had no cleaning service. We were told we had to ask for room cleaning, but it wasn't written or told to us.

Checked in Room 300 for two nights over the weekend and found the overall stay to be a winner. This is an older all suites property that has had a nice remodel and has been well maintained. Staff was very attentive and went the extra mile on every request. Bedroom had two comfy beds, nice temperature control and relatively quiet considering it is one building away from a very busy S. Germantown Parkway. Living room area was up to date however the furniture (especially the hide-a-bed couch) was not comfortable and needs some additional padding. Kitchen area was very clean and well configured for the maximum use of space. Location was excellent and safe with hundreds of restaurants nearby plus easy access to getting around town. Would highly consider this property again if needing to stay in Memphis.

The room was dated and smelled strongly of cleaning products. The air conditioning was good and the beds comfortable. Just seemed a lot of money for what we received. The gym was tiny, but the machines did work. The area is superb, however.

Very home-like room plan...didnt feel like staying at a hotel..this was quite enjoyable! Also, excellent and unique breakfast choices.

Nice, clean accommodations. I also enjoyed the daily hot breakfast selections. Very nice staff.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast, likes the clean kitchennet and no nonsense shower.

Was noisy being close to the street, parking was kind of far for me. The dark curtain should close completely when so close to the road which was bummer.
