Everything was great!

My stay was horrible from start to finish. The furniture was old and filthy, with broken, unsafe chairs that could cause someone to fall. The carpets were ripped and worn out, adding to the overall shabby condition of the room. Even though it was a non-smoking hotel, the room smelled awful from previous guests. The bed sheets were dirty, and many of the power outlets didn’t work. The pool was closed, and the doors were dirty. To top it off, the ironing board was disgusting. The only good thing about this place was the neighborhood. I would never stay here again.

Room was dirty (I found a pair of socks from a previous guest so obviously they don't vacuum). Elevator was broken for two days. I asked them to make up the room but they didn't leave more toilette paper. Front desk person was of little help.

The location is in Germantown, east of Memphis proper but a part of Memphis. This is the area you want to stay in. Memphis is my hometown but there are areas to avoid, for sure. This is a beautiful area and I feel safer staying out there. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choices. There are hot items such as bacon, eggs and potatoes, as well as cereals, breads/bagels to toast, waffle makers, oatmeal or grits and fruit. It's a very well-rounded offering. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are like a small apartment with separate rooms so you have plenty of space, with a quiet separate bedroom with a pocket door for privacy. The kitchenette has plenty of space as well, and there are two TVs, one in the living room area and one in the bedroom. The staff is super friendly and responsive.

Location was good before the power went out

The power went out shortly after I checked in and had to find another hotel, due to fact I had work to complete before a meeting the next morning

This is a safe location.

The key machine was broken but the staff made sure that we were able to enter our room.

Either the hotel or Booking.com messed up our reservation. It never went thru. Spent one hour on phone trying to work it out. Had to cancel the reservation and then was charged an extra $100 for the room. Not good!
