Confused about valet parking

I don’t know you canceled my reservation with out me knowing and I came to Santa Fe with nowhere to stay

Your communication acumen sucks

This hotel is tired. All the public area furniture is dirty and the rooms have been updated with fake black wood floors (Like Marriott does) that are hard and hid the dirt that is obviously there. Bartender in the lounge acted like he’d rather be at any other place in the world than serving pricey drinks. Skip this place (we were in a suite).

only stayed one night because I was with an art group staying in a different hotel I liked the room and the restaurant...

The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Our room was still not ready at 5 p.m., which is unacceptable. There was loud noise and music by the pool all night, making it impossible to rest. On top of that, we found unexpected charges on the final bill for services we had not agreed to.

The location is awesome. 1 block away from the main district with plenty of shops and local bars everywhere. Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Walked across the street and had breakfast and a small coffee roasting place.

Everything was great, no complaints.

It was conveniently located

It was overly warm in our room and throughout the floor (ie when you get off the elevator, the entire floor was warm)
