We had a couple's massage while on vacation. The spa facility is beautiful and the reception staff friendly and helpful. My massage therapist, Steve, asked about health issues and preferences around pressure, areas to work on. He listened to me and took care to make me feel heard. His technique was great, and I left feeling relaxed and ready to enjoy the rest of our stay. Very much recommend Nideh spa.

Rooms are very nice. Bed is very comfortable. Staff is nice and pleasant. Overall ambience is good. Overall clean. Issue was with coffee cups and glasses etc. none of them were clean. For me the idea of drinking in cups used by someone else is very repulsive. We would have never known but they were so careless, mugs have thick coffee or chocolate stains. Very bad. Not expected from a place which charges so much as a resort.
