The location was very good, could be easily reached by taxi, so no need to look inside medina.

The restroom was terribly small and not convenient. We couldn’t shower properly as the shower drain didn’t function, as a result murky water which spread all over the bathroom floor, I had to use the towel. The shower tiles are not suitable and you can easily slip, so be careful.

Friendly staff. For the price I've paid, I found it not bad in general. Spacious room. Good location near the medina but in a quite street. No noises from outside, but at 8 in the morning the lady working there started talking really loud next to my room waking me up.

Points of improvement: awfull smell of gutter coming out of the bathroom filling also the room. Door couldn't be locked by key from the inside. Hygiëne at breakfast could be better. There was a hair in the jam I got. And also the taste could be better. Msemen served cold. Showerhead needs to be replaced. Bathroom walls full of mold.

The staff is super friendly 😃 Othman and Kamel welcomed us with a great smile and were always there for questions about the neighbourhood or to get a taxi for us. Fatimazahra makes a real good Moroccan breakfast and as much mint tea of coffee as you like. At night it is very quiet, in the morning you hear birds chirp. The hotel looks traditional ✨

When your neighbour hotel guests talk loudly, you can hear them, and the toilet pot's foot was a bit broken. For the rest a pleasant stay.

For one night they are fine, the price is good. Breakfast average.

We booked a room with a bathroom, but got a room with a shared bathroom. No discount for this.

Gamel, or Bamel the receptionist guy was very helpful, supportive and nice guy. He made everythinh for our pleasant stay. Parking was easy in front of the hotel.

This accomodation needs renovation and a safety check. Safety I mean the electric plug hang up from the wall, the toilet was bot stable when sitting on it.
