The hotel is well located in a calm aera, the room was large, and the staff were very helpful, i recommend.

I don't like the toilet by the front shower. it smells nasty in the room. The heater did not work.

Very comfortable bed and blanket, very good breakfast served, very helpful staff with good service.

The shower area gets flooded every time and the water takes hours to drain out or dry out, which makes it very hard to use the bathroom, so the private toilet is after all not that useful, we had to wait very long to use the shower. The water pressure was also very weak. All of our blankets had stains somewhere on them, so they were perhaps not washed properly or not washed at all before our arrival. The breakfast timing was said to be 8.30 to 10 but we only had it available at 9.30 onwards, not too much of a problem but just a possibily frustrating miscommunication because we planned to get up early.

I only liked the breakfast and the location (with safe street parking outside) of the hostel (cannot be called hotel). It is located right next to Royal palace, Maroc Telecom agency and the main entrance of the Medina.

Communication before check-in is non-existent. Their number listed in Booking does not exist (I tried to ring a few times). No WhatsApp, they only answered the booking.com messages (after many were sent) with a monosyllabic useless answer a few days before arrival. I wanted to know if I could pay in EUR and only discovered I could at check-in. The family room and very basic toilet are very smelly with sheets, blankets and cushions obviously not cleaned (and this is in cold late December). The room is very cold and the air conditioning not enough to warm it up in December. The breakfast is only served starting approximately 9:15am (very late for our needs) and only in the terrace even in winter when it is cold. When we arrived (quite late at around 22:30) there were no towels and no toilet paper (we asked and were given).
