조식이 충분하지않아서 조금은 아쉬웠다.

The lobby was under construction which we were not informed of prior to arrival. The TV remote did not work properly and it would not turn the TV on or off, although it would change the channels and volume. We were able to turn the TV on manually, but even at the highest setting the volume was extremely low and we could not hear it over the loud AC unit. In the morning I found that the in room coffee maker was broken. It was boiling the water so aggressively that it started spitting out the top, but it would not drip through the grounds. At 5:30 a.m. I went to the lobby for coffee instead, but there was none available. When I asked when it would be ready, the front desk employee said likely not until 7 a.m. when the morning staff arrived because he did not have any filters. We ended up leaving to get coffee and breakfast elsewhere. Overall, the hotel felt disorganized, and many of the staff and guests seemed to be foreigners, like maybe this was a migrant hotel or something. This created an atmosphere that did not match the typical experience I have had in Atlanta hotels.

My room was very comfortable as well as spacious and clean. The staff was overall friendly as well when I needed assistance.

I had issues with my actual booking. I got there for them to tell me that my booking was cancelled due to an issue on booking.coms side so I had to call booking customer service for them to then tell me it was an issue on the hotels side. I was unable to utilize my booking and was refunded a couple days later but had to rebook and pay more for my original room. Not an issue I have had before but I'm happy I had the funds to pay again. I checked in an hour later from when I got there and had to quickly drop things off cause I had to pick up my partner whom I haven't seen for a couple months from the airport. I had originally wanted some extra time to set ups gifts for him But didn't have the time I needed. We also came back in late one night with the doors needing to be unlocked by hotel staff, I was trying to find the area you tap your room card but they had already opened it for us. When walking past the desk, we were asked a little abruptly, “do you have a room?” where I then held up my room key. He then said “you have to tap the card” with no other response. I enjoyed my time but it was definitely a hassle to get to that part.
