Great location, lovely staff

Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.

The bathtub and the sink kept filling up with water would not go down

Following our incident in October 2025 we were informed by someone that although this area looks good it has high crime. We spent one night at this hotel and discovered that our vehicle had been broken into. Drivers side read door windows completely knocked out with personal items stolen. There were five vehicles with smashed windows and personal items stolen. The hotel camera indicates this happened at about 5:30am on the 13th of October. If you review prior reviews you’ll see this is definitely not the first time. One night had seven vehicles broken into. Cameras are “not” a preventative measure!! Would never consider staying at this hotel again.

It smelled so good in the lobby when we walked in and the two ladies helping me check in were so sweet and polite. They made me and my family feel welcomed.

The only thing I did not like was that the AC in our room pointed toward the window and not into the room and it was very warm.

How close it was to the concert venue

The bed was very stiff. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed because of the type of rod it’s on and it caused water to cover the bathroom floor. The cabinet that housed the refrigerator had a door that was almost falling off. The walls are very thin and we could not only hear our neighbors having loud sex at 1 in the morning but we could also hear the housekeeping staff speaking and complaining while cleaning the neighbors room. The housekeeping staff also shoved multiple things into the walls while cleaning and it was very disruptive of our stay and peace.

Parking was safe, the room was excellent, the attendant at the front desk, Janet, was extremely professional and courteous, excellent experience.
