"Good"

The property was run down - I expected much more for $250/night. The hot water was intermittent, one of the shampoo dispensers was on the counter, the air conditioner was loud and there was nothing at the breakfast buffet that I could eat.

"Disappointed"

Hotel was a little rundown. The room was clean but small. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was a problem - it kept turning off and on during the night disturbing our sleep. Breakfast was sparse. Hotel grounds were weedy and trashy. The whole bottom floor was rented out to construction workers. For the price it was a disappointment.

"Gunnison review."

Very clean and quiet hotel, especially considering it was next to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, with everything ready for our arrival.

Outdoor grounds were not maintained very well,but adequate for our short visit. The breakfast was adequate but minimal.

No one we know will know that we stayed there. Out of ten places on a three week trip it was the absolute worst!

No upkeep inside or out. From outside looked to be abandoned. Sloppy maintenance inside. Looks as if manager could care less about basic/minimum standards. Can't believe it is even advertised under current name. SHAME!! Owner should sell.

"Nice room…. But the nice stopped there"

Room was ok and comfortable. Actually the nice room was a surprise based on the condition of the outside. Overgrown weeds and in an inconvenient location. Plus the hall had a strong chemical smell the entire time we were there. Also , not walkable! I would skip this one there are many other hotels in this cute town.

"OK won't stay again"

Good stop on road trip. Free wifi and parking

Room had smell of spices. Breakfast delay food not ready till 15mins after planned. Had to wait for room to check in
